Warranty Policy

• Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
• Please return all defective merchandise with a brief note and a return authorization number. To obtain your RA# please contact us.
• Do not return racquet covers unless also defective.
• If desired, Warranty Claims may be brought in person to our showroom.
  
  
• One of the following actions will be taken
  1. Most defective merchandise returned within 30 days (from date of purchase) is issued a replacement/ exchange/ credit or refund if a defect is found.
  2. Defective merchandise returned past 30 days (from date of purchase) merchandise may be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection. Please allow 4-8 weeks. Replacements may be exchanged through Tennis Geeks for another item, or you may receive an In-House Credit to be used at a future time. Rejected products will be returned to you by Tennis Geeks with an explanation.
  3. Items may be repaired whenever possible.
• All replacement merchandise carries the remainder of the original warranty.
• In-House Credits must be used prior to expiration date.
• Replacement racquets for Tennis frames that were returned past 30 days (from date of purchase) are shipped unstrung. If you would like your replacement racquet strung please include instructions and payment with your return.
