- All orders process and ship within 2 business days.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm EST Monday thru Saturday are downloaded for processing the same day; Orders placed after this time are downloaded on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm EST Saturday and all orders placed on Sunday are downloaded and processed on Monday at 9:00am EST.

- FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $69.95 or more (within Contiguous U.S. only). There is a $5.75 ground shipping fee for orders under $69.95. Exclusions: There is a flat $5.75 shipping fee on all court equipment, court maintenance equipment, ball hoppers, beginner training aids, and tennis balls up to 72 cans (3 cases). If ordering more than 72 cans, please contact us for exact shipping charge.
- Some items priced less than $69.95 may be shipped free. A free shipping note appears on the product page for these items. Please note, if ordering other items and the order total does not meet the $69.95 free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may apply.
- P.O. Box Addressees - Ground delivery cannot be made to a P.O. Box. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, a home street address or business address may be provided as the shipping address.
- Tennis Ball Quantity Restriction: There is a QUANTITY LIMIT OF 72 CANS (3 Cases) to qualify for the $5.75 flat rate shipping. If ordering more than 72 cans, please contact us for the exact shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to manufacturer policies some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. Restricted products are noted and you will be alerted of any problems during checkout.
- Due to weight restrictions Ball Hoppers, Ball Machines, Tennis Balls, Racquetball Balls, Tennis Court Equipment, Stringing Machines, and Court Maintenance Equipment must be shipped ground delivery and cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S.

- Due to weight restrictions items from the following categories must be shipped ground delivery and cannot be shipped outside of the Continental U.S.:

This policy is strictly enforced to protect our customers against credit card fraud. There are NO exceptions.
When payment is made by credit card, we will only ship to the billing or verifiable business address of the credit card holder. If you would like ship to another address, or third party, you must submit a written order with a cashier’s check or money order.
If shipping to your verifiable business address:
• You must provide a valid business name and the business phone number.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box and you would like to ship to your home street address:
• You must provide a valid daytime telephone number.
All addresses will be verified by our Credit Card Authorization Department prior to processing the order.
