Return Policy

• Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
• All returns must contain a return authorization # and a brief note of explanation.
• No restocking fees.
• All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
• All approved returns received after that date are subject to an in-house credit.
• NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE.
• Any used merchandise shipped to Tennis Geeks will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Total refund/credit for racquets returned will be subject to an $9.00 stringing charge.
• Any custom string purchased will not be refunded or credited.
• Do not return racquet covers unless defective.
• All exchanges and rejections will incur a reshipping fee of $5.95
• All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's carton and all associated accessories, promotional items, instructions, and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund/credit.
• Exchanges/Returns may be brought in person to our showroom.
